Busy Bees – 6 months to wobbly walkers
A class designed for little ones who want to be just that, Busy Bees! A highly interactive, musical class focusing on growing your baby’s confidence in the big, wide world
A focus on building on the development of both fine and gross motor skills through the use of bubbles, props, instruments and Makaton. We will provide lots of opportunities for independence encouraging your little ones to reach, grab, pull, pop, shake all by themselves. Learn the bespoke Bloom music and get hooked on the songs as we teach your little ones about rhythm and tempo, continue building on body awareness, and support the development of early language acquisition and social skills. The versatility of this class allows for little ones to sit supported or unsupported, or to enjoy some tummy time all whilst actively participating. If your little one is only at the point of rolling, but doesn’t like to lay still anymore, they are ready to be a Busy Bee; continued opportunities for sensory play and exploration through the use of sensory treasure baskets during theme time and free play. Not forgetting the all important dress-up props for the even more important cute pics! The age brackets are a guideline. If your little one starts walking or hits 15 months of age on their Bloom journey, but they are still very much engaged in the class, they are welcome to continue blooming until the class is no longer suitable. But don’t worry, the Bloom fun doesn’t have to end there as you can continue your Bloom journey at one of our Bloom Toddler classes (subject to area and availability). There’s always more room in the hive for little Busy Bees, book your place today!
Free on street parking. Classes take place in the Little Room at the back of the café. Prams/car seats can be left in the covered outdoor area. Please refrain from bringing car seats into the room.
