Hi! I’m Jennifer and I run classes in Northumberland and North Tyneside alongside my fabulous team of Bloom teachers. Our baby development classes for babies run across Bedlington, Ponteland, East Hartford, Blyth, Hexam, Morpeth, Ashington, Seaton Delaval and Dinnington.
Before Bloom Baby Classes began, I taught within primary educational settings since 2015, as well as teaching children abroad. However, since having my own daughter Anna, my outlook on life and priorities have completely changed. I realised I wanted to have more quality time with my family and be there to see and support Anna in her development and growth. I decided to leave behind my beloved but demanding teaching career that had been second nature to me for so long and take the plunge to do something different.
Whilst looking for a better work-life balance, I heard about opportunities with Bloom. After attending some classes and experiencing the warm, friendly atmosphere, as well as seeing first hand how much both mothers and babies enjoyed the classes, I knew immediately that it was something I wanted to be a part of.
Now fast forward over 3 years, I love delivering these classes across the North East, getting involved in local communities and meeting and supporting many amazing families, some of which are attending Bloom for a second time around! It really is the best job in the world!
I can’t believe our journey is over! Dawn you have been magic. Thank you for helping my baby BLOOM! We have attended classes for just under a year with Dawn and they have been incredible. We have been to other baby classes but nothing quite compares to bloom. We have watched my little Emilia go from smashing each milestone at class to a sassy toddler leading the pack in the circle and causing so much mischief with those shaky eggs and clicking sticks. I can’t recommend it enough. Dawn is caring and so so passionate about her babies in class and you can tell it is a pure joy for her to teach and be a part of those beautiful babies’ development. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best 11 months. You’ve made our maternity leave. Thursdays won’t be the same again.

I’d recommend Bloom to all my friends and family embarking on their journey as parents. George has thoroughly bloomed throughout his time in Bloom and because each week has a different theme he’s always engaged. We’ve really enjoyed the themes (sometimes me more than George!) and we’ve met some incredible lifelong friends along the way. Absolutely devastated that our journey with Bloom is over but I will be forever grateful for the incredible start in life that Jennifer and the wonderful team has provided George.
